What SomaVita is

SomaVita helps you keep a maintenance schedule for your body: dental cleanings, bloodwork, haircuts, replacing everyday items. This policy explains what information the app and this website use and where it lives.

Information you give us

Account: your email address, your password, and an optional display name. We never see your password. It is handled by our sign-in provider, Supabase.

Your schedule: the items you choose to track, how often they repeat, notes you add, and the dates you log them as done.

Where your data is stored

Your schedule and history are saved to your account, so they stay with you. Sign in on another phone and everything is there.

Your account details and your schedule are stored by Supabase, our sign-in and database provider, in a secure database.

This website and the waiting list

somavita.app uses no cookies, ads or analytics. If you join the waiting list, we store your email address so we can tell you when SomaVita launches, and nothing else. To be removed, email us and we'll delete it.

Emails we send

From the app, we only email you for account reasons: a code to verify your address when you sign up, and a code if you ask to reset your password. These are sent through Resend, an email delivery service. We don't send marketing email from the app.

What we don't do

We don't show ads, we don't sell or share your information, and we don't use advertising trackers or third-party analytics.

Payments

If you upgrade to SomaVita Pro, the payment is handled by the app store you downloaded SomaVita from. We don't receive or store your card details.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account in the app. This permanently removes your account and your schedule from our systems and clears your data from the device.

Children

SomaVita is not directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and let you know in the app.
